Forest Fridays

Guided Wild’s Forest Friday program gives children the opportunity to spend a full day learning, exploring, and building skills in the outdoors. Designed for elementary-aged children, the program combines hands-on nature exploration with practical Forest School skills like tool use, shelter building, fire safety, plant and wildlife identification, navigation, and outdoor crafts.

Through child-led exploration and thoughtfully guided activities, children develop confidence, independence, problem-solving skills, resilience, and a deeper connection to the natural world. With a small group setting and plenty of time to move, play, create, and collaborate, Forest Fridays offer children a meaningful alternative to the traditional school day—where learning happens through real experiences, curiosity, and adventure.
