Andrea Sicignano

Director and Lead Practitioner
Program Director

Andrea has been an influential leader in the outdoor education space since 2015; guiding children of all ages in various states throughout the U.S. and Australia. Upon moving to the UK to study a Masters in Education, she discovered Forest School, and was instantly captivated by the Swedish concept and philosophy. She dove into the research behind the importance of children spending time outdoors, specifically at Forest School. This transformative movement became the cornerstone of her approach to education.

Andrea then gained her UK Accredited Level 3 Forest School training in 2021. Recognizing the need for Forest School education in the United States, she relocated to Colorado where she established Guided Wild. With a desire to deliver this type of programming to more children in the states, she moved to Montana to implement Livingston’s very first Forest School for children aged 3 to 5. Andrea is the Program Director and Lead Practitioner.
